I won an auction that 2000 PC Parts had on eBay. The item url is:

The purchase price was $69.99. I exchanged e-mail with "Joseph" and told him that I would prefer USPS Priority shipping since its cheaper and the delivery times were much faster than UPS ground. He agreed and gave me a price of $6.95 to ship. I sent him a money order for the total amount and he said he would ship when he got it. I sent him an email on 11/26 to see what the holdup was. He never replied. I sent him another email on 12/9 asking again what the problem was. He had no answer as to what the holdup was but asked me for my address again to search his records. That was the last time we contacted each other directly. I filed a fraud claim with ebay but they were no help. All he would say, with ebay as the mediator, was that not receiving the goods was my fault for asking it to be shipped USPS and that he had no proof, nor did he have to provide proof, of shipment. Although I'm only out roughly $77.00, its the principle that matters and by looking at his feedback, its obvious he's done similar things to other people. Today, I have filed fraud reports with the USPS and the FBI. Hopefully this will teach him a lesson. His info is:

The Sony camcorder (Handycam) I purchased as "new" was broken, the forward didn't work nor did the dubbing function. The "16 hr" battery only lasted about 2hrs. I called up Sony to try to get it fixed (2yr warantee) but Sony said the serial has been blacklisted.

I tried to contact Colin aka Tony but he denies knowing me.

We agreed I would sell it to him at $120 USD including shipping. I sent it out to him via Canada Express Post on the 22nd. He said he would pay him last Wednesday and I also sent him many many emails, PM at hard forums and no replys.
