Today we are going to take a look at a relative newcomer in the U.S. cooling aftermarket, Arctic Cooling. This is a Swiss based company which is designing low cost - high performance HS/F combos which create minimal sound. On this particular unit, there is a 2500 rpm 80 mm fan sitting on top of a fan shroud to produce optimal cooling. The unit on the bench is their Super Silent4 P4 Cooler which proves to be both an excellent and quiet cooler.
