As you can see the Blitztorm has two fans. One blows air to where you want, like your vga chips, even a motherboard's onboard chipset or like what I have it pointed to, the hottest running card I use. A pci TV tuner, believe it or not. The front fan acts as an exhaust fan helping to suck out hot air. Therefore, theoretically helping to lower overall system temp.
