With new cpu coolers being released on a what seems like a weekly basis one thing is clearly becoming the trend, they are moving towards being made of all copper. We've had the pleasure to review many fine cpu coolers here at PC Abusers but we have never had the pleasure to review one made by Global WIN. They sent us their new Cak-II 38 so we'll see if it's a contender or a pretender. It's an all copper heatsink also and as you can see by the picture below it is packaged very well.

From looking at the Cak-II 38 you can tell it is one good looking cpu cooler. While the heatsink is all solid copper the rest is the steel clip and the black aluminum sheath. Speaking of that sheath, that really adds to the looks of this cooler. On the front Global WIN made sure you know who made it because they added their name, logo and website address. I'd be proud too of something that looks like this, but only if it performed well. And check out the bottom too, it's all smooth and shiney as a heatsink bottom should be
