The side panel of the case has a window with an x pattern
design in it. As you can see in the pictures above - the window is one
piece, not 4 separate panels. In the center there is a hole and a 80mm
blue led fan mounted. All cuts are nice and smooth. The window is secure
to the steel panel via screws. Then fan is mounted with fan screws, and
a gold tone finger guard is placed on it. Both the window and the fan
have a slight blue tint to them, which can be seen when viewing them from
the side.
The front bezel of the case has a louver like door to conceal
your drives. This keeps them safe, as well as covering up and cosmetic
differences, since drive/case colors may differ from each other. If you
need to use all 4 exposed bays, you can remove the door. It opens to each
bay with a small tactile click of resistance, and is enhanced with chrome
trim.
The front bezel is made out of aluminum and holes are drilled
in it to ensure plenty of airflow for the in take fan. With the bezel
removed, you can see that intake fan can be a 80, 92, or 120mm. I like
this feature because if you wanted to make you PC quieter, you could install
a high volume low DB 120mm fan like a panaflow in. The front bezel must
be unscrewed and removed to mont the fan.
The Power and reset buttons are heavy duty chrome. The power
and HDD led's are of the 5mm variety, so they can easily be replaced with
mod ones. Also the front panel sports 2 usb ports and a headphone and
mic jack- how thoughtful!
