Being wider than most current heatsinks it might not fit all motherboards. On my Epox 8KTA3 placing the back on was close, as you can see by the picture below. You have to be careful and not bend or break off those capacitors as it is a close fit. Tender lovin' care is the key phrase.

The picture below shows that it isn't that close to the ram, but when using a screwdriver to guide in the front clip I found it necessary to remove the 2 closest sticks of ram to get the best leverage. And I like having plenty of room to maneuver.
