The model we'll be evaluating here is the S202-12 "Slim Series, PS/2, Black Case, Sapphire Illumination". Opening up the box you find the keyboard in bubble wrap and an 8 page manual. Installation is as simple as installing any other keyboard; turn your system off and then you just plug it in to your ps2 connector on the back of your system. Power your system back on, and that is it. That is the extent of any complicated installation! But green LED's? Should be blue. :D *no usb adapter is included

Once you turn your system on you'll see the illumination on the keyboard. Of course in the daytime it'll be a faint light but once darkness sets in you'll see the full color of the illumination. The light will stay on unless there is 15 minutes of no activity, then the illumination shuts off automatically. Strike any key (aha, the ole anykey trick) or move your ps2 mouse then the light comes back on. I've noticed using a usb mouse will not bring the light back on. And frankly I like that as I prefer that "anykey". And notice how the keys have an ivory-look when the illumination is off.

Also notice the arrow keys in the above pictures. Those are vital for gamers and right above the right and left arrow keys there are no keys. Again, just makes it easier to keep from hitting the wrong key.

As you can see, the EluminX keyboard is a bit smaller than a standard full-sized keyboard. But unlike many of the smaller keyboards, the EluminX does have a a full number pad and there is a slight seperation which lessons the chance of hitting the wrong key.

It is a slim keyboard as you see in the picture below. According to my measurements it is 3/4" thick at the widest part and 7/16th" at the slimmest and 17" long. To me, this is a good size. You have extra room around your keyboard and it will fit where some thicker keyboards may not, like in some of those kb pullouts.
