The first thing your going to want to do when installing this kit is to decide where you want to mount everything. The main reason for this is that if you plan it out right, you can install it in such a way as that nobody will be able to see any of the wires. Also it’s a good ideal to make sure all the cables will reach.
Putting the controller board in is very straight forward. Simply peal the protective coating off the back side of the board and stick it where you want. Make sure to clean the surface you are mounting it to so that it adheres to it. Next is deciding how you want to do you lighting. I choose to do it indirectly, or in a way that the light form the “pods” is not seen directly. You don’t have to use the angle plates if you don’t want to, they are there to help with aiming the lights. Again, this is one of those mods that let YOU decide how the mod will look.

After mounting all the “pods” its time to run the cables to them. This has to be the only thing I didn’t like about this mod. The cables are too stiff and as a result it makes aiming the “pods” difficult. Simply run them from the controller board to the pods. But be carefull, if you hook them up wrong damage could occur. You have to hook them up in the proper order as prescribed in the instructions.

After that comes mounting the buttons. BUTTONS? Yes this mod uses buttons to change the lighting effects. You can alter the pattern as well as the speed with them. To mount, simply drill a hole and use the included hardware to secure them.

And to finish it off...
