Err…..well I guess it doesn’t get that bad. But we are still faced with a problem; how to let people look inside our cases without using a normal, everyday piece of acrylic or plexi. There is always the never popular appliqué (the fake stickers), but they lose their fun 5 minutes after they are applied. Well the good guys down at Xport1 have the solution: Laser Etching. Using a laser, they are able to burn away some of the top part of acrylic, leaving an unbelievably detailed picture. Giving a frosted look to the etched parts, it turns any ordinary “here is my window” into an extraordinary “Here is my kick ass window with a cool design”.
Starting with just a classic design of the ever popular Biohazard or Radioactive etches, their list moves into the more detailed etches of images and photographs of Bruce Lee or scenes of Battlefield 1942
