Power Supplies are something not all PC users think a lot on in choosing. A PC newbie will usually consider price first and quality only after they start to have problems. Even some old pros will still sometimes choose a lower priced power supply in trying to get by as cheaply as possible. But for us old pros, we know better (usually). With a cheap and lower-end power supply that not only limits our overclocking abilty and how many toys we can have in our system, but also having such fun things as assorted reboots and lock-ups associated with that cheap power supply, all this makes us want a good quality one. You "get what you pay for" most defintely applies to power supplies.
In this review we'll be evaluating an interesting one from Antec called the TrueBlue480. It's from their line of "True" power supplies but what sets this one off from others is it has blue leds behind each fan. Case moding has skyrocketed in the past year and now many are wanting some form of lighting in their system and for those who want that, this looks like an ideal power supply to have.
