This is one pretty heatsink/fan combo. I know I've already said that but it needed to be said once more. Another thing that stands out is it REALLY stands out because it is HUGE! It may not fit all motherboards but I had no problems installing it on an Epox 8KTA3 and a Shuttle AK-31. It was close to the ram but I didn't have to remove the fan which on some mobo's that may be necessary. If it'll fit at all.

Like I said, it is huge! For comparison below we have the Volcano 7 beside a Coolermaster HCC-002(to the left and up for review next), the Senfu to the right of the V7 and Dr Thermal to the far right. The Dr Thermal has a 70mm fan while the V7 has an 80mm one. The Volcano 7 is 80x80mm wide at the top thanks to the 80mm fan, 77.6mm tall and 68mm wide at the base of the heatsink.

It has a round copper insert, something many heatsink makers are doing these days instead of going all copper. For a heatsink this huge a 3 prong clip would seem to be a natural but Thermaltake chose to use the one clip, but it was easy to install using a flathead screwdriver in the insert on the clip. It would have been far better to have a 3 prong clip even though it isn't as heavy as most all-copper heatsinks. And I admit it does feel secure enough. However if taking or sending any system with this heatsink on any trip I strongly suggest to remove the V7 and install it once the destination is made.
