Now that its all ready to be cut the first thing you need to do is drill a hole. I have those 2 gaping holes already so I didn't need to do this. But for those of you with a virgin side panel it is a must to drill a small hole. Do it close to the edge of the trace but not right next to it. Leave like 1/4" of room. This hole is needed to start out with the jigsaw. Without it, it wouldn't be any fun! Once this is done fire up the jigsaw and cut right down the middle of the line left when you traced the stencil. Its best to cut slow and keep the blade as much on that line as possible. Doing this will make a nice and neat cut and minimizes any uneven edges or out of round corners.

There ya have it, one neatly cut hole. I did however get off just a little bit on the right side but it will be easy to fix. Before you go ripping off the masking tape it is best to do your filing. I work in a machine shop so I didn't use a file, I cheated and used the nifty little air powered belt sander below. It has a 1/2" x 6" bar on it that works perfect for deburring metal. But before you start saying "I have to get one of those", don't unless you have a big wallet. Because that bad boy runs in the $400 dollar range!
Now that the hole is all filed off and smooth go ahead and peal the masking tape off. You might need to use a little alcohol to clean off some of the sticky stuff that the masking tape leaves. But other than that. You should be all set for the next step in this case makeover, the Install!
