Zen Cooling:
Before you enjoy your new Radiator Zen, you have to assemble the various parts. Here's what you can expect to find inside the neat box.

I know this may seem like a lot, but I think pretty much anyone can assemble this with little or no difficulty thanks to a nice english manual that TS Heatronics is now providing via their web site. There's a better look at the included shroud and the heatspreader on the radiator here.
Preperations:
There have been some reports of problems with installing the Radiator Zen. There have even been cases where damage was done to the soft CPU core on Athlon processors. However, I believe there may be a couple of factors that played a role in this. First, the initial release of the cooler did not include english instructions. This left people to figure out assembly and installation instructions by themselves (and unless you have the patience to look up instructions in a nice japanese-english dictionary, you are on your own). Second, the Radiator Zen utilizes a very unique set of plastic clips. Users accustomed to the standard ZIF clip installation WILL damage their CPU if they tried installing the Radiator Zen by snapping it in as they would a ZIF clip.
To help reduce the chance of damage to the CPU, TS Heatronics has suggested that a shim be used in conjunction with the Radiator Zen. The have also made a quicktime movie and a flash animation to illustrate how to properly install the cooler.
