Testing:
The test is actually quite simple. I installed the Radiator Zen on my Athlon TBird 1.4GHz processor for the test. In order to generate the maximum amount of heat, I overclocked the processor to 1.6GHz (133MHz FSB) and also ran Prime95 and SETI@home for an hour. So that you have a frame of reference, I've also repeated the same test with a SK6 using the fan off a Volcano cooler. The initial temperature was also taken prior to the start of each test so that we will be able to see how well each cooler can maintain temperatures close to the initial reading. Here are the results.

We can see here that the Radiator Zen managed to hold the Athlon at a much lower idle temperature than the SK6. At full load, the Radiator Zen won hands down. The HEATLANE technology really does seem to be doing a nice job cooling the Athlon.

The above is a graph of the change in temperature from idle to full load. Again, the Radiator Zen also keeps the change in CPU temperature smaller than that of the SK6.
