Test system:

After applying Arctic Alumina and installing the heatsink I was ready to see how it performs. First test was running the AMD TBird 1.4@1.4 and then again running the 1.4@1.6. To get the full load I ran Return to Castle Wolfenstein at 1600x1200x32 with all the toys turned on for about 30 minutes. Umm, *cough cough* the testing was actually kinda fun. btw, after I finished testing the Delta fan I used it to mow my lawn then put on the quieter thermaltake fan. I just can't stand those loud fans, although this one isn't as loud as some I've had.
Da Results running the 1.4 at 1.4 with the included Delta fan and with the quieter thermaltake fan:

Not shabby at all eh. Heck I even played Return to Castle Wolfenstein another hour or so "just to be sure" of my results. It was tough but hey, I felt it needed to be done.

Conclusion:
If you're in the market for a good heatsink/fan combo and wish to overclock then this Vantec 6035D is one to consider as it's clearly one of the best you can get. Very well-built and all copper(with the exception of the aluminum sheath) are major pluses. Judging from various other reviews on this I've seen around the net it stacks up with the best and holds it's own very well. If you keep the included Delta fan or switch it out to a quieter fan it still will cool ya well! Our PCA rating:
