~Air~

The case we received to review comes in the standard setup with the 3 80mm Sunon 4 pin fans, 2 92mm Sunon 4 pin fans. No power supply comes with this case but they did supply us with a 431W Enermax Powerhouse silent power supply which will be our next review by the way. I am using that power supply in this case for this review.  Let me say these blowholes cut for the fans are cut extremely well, so well that the fans fit them perfectly and to top it off there are no scuff marks or any imperfections anywhere on the case.  Even better yet, they also include chrome fan/finger guards on every exposed side of the fan inside or outside.

Think that is all they offer for the blowholes? Also included is a plastic ring to absorb vibrations and give the case a total professional look.

    ~Intake~

Lets now take a look at how the air will flow.  You have the 1 standard 80mm intake fan in the bottom front of the case.  Now normally this would be the main intake fan on most pc's but thank god it isn't on this one.  I say it is a good thing this is not the main intake because it is not setup well at all.  First it only has a hole about the size of a pinky finger and behind that it has a metal wall with holes punched in it...all this makes that front bottom intake a rather lousy source of cool fresh air.  But hey we are not here for the case manufactures air intake we are here for the SWEET blow holes which do an AWESOME job of cooling your toaster of a system.

The 2 92mm's are blowing at just the right spots.  The bottom fan is placed just right to cool ALL your expansions cards.  This is very nice now days as almost everything in our systems runs hot.  Ever touch a netgear NIC or a Sound Blaster Live sound cards chip?  Ouch!  And the second 92mm case fan blows at the CPU, ram, and north bridge assisting in keeping them cool too.  With this precise placement of fans you can tell these guys did there homework.  A Total of 136CFM coming in does Wonders!

    ~Exhaust~

Sucking out you have the one case fan behind the CPU that is pretty standard in most modern systems.  They also added the case fan at the top of the system jetting that hot air out of there.  And finally we have the ENERMAX power supply.  Which has 2 fans.  The standard one in the back blowing out and then it also has one Right above the CPU pulling the hot air off of it.  This works out pretty well.  I haven't been able to find out how much air the Power supply moves but I can guess based on the 2 fans it has in there that Enermax sells separately.  The PS it self moves about 63CFM so the total air moving out if that is correct is approximately. 148CFM!  Rather interesting isn't it.  Both the Intake and Exhaust are about the same.  I think this is one major advantage.  Most cases have either more one way or the other but rarely does a case move the same in as it does out.
