~Install~
Lets go over what this case has to offer before we start installing things in there and filling it up. There are four 5.25 bays, four 3.5 bays and two internal and external with faceplates. Also has the standard removable mother board tray. All in all a pretty basic case if it were not for the mods. Most people will probably have a cdrom drive, cdrw, a hard drive or two and a floppy drive and that would fit just fine in there except for a few exceptions.
If you have a long cdrom drive it wont fit in the top bay because the top case fan is there...not a major problem unless you have one of those large motherboards like the ASUS a7v series which has capacitors along the far end of the board making it hard to get everything to fit. Most motherboards are not as large as the ASUS though so that isn't a major concern for most. But as we all know I am not normal and with that little reminder lets see what I decided to install in the case:
~COMPONENTS~
ASUS A7v133-RAID
1Gig T-Bird
G400 MAX
256 meg Mosel Dimm
SB Live 5.1
Netgear NIC
4 30g wd HD's
Yamaha 20x burner
Pioneer 16x Slot DVD
Once I got everything but the motherboard
installed I thought darn this is going be a tight fit. And Look at that it
was. I did get everything installed without much of a problem but I did have to rearrange the cdrom's and put the burner (the shorter drive) and the DVD drive at the top of
the case. No big deal. As you might have guessed
it was a little difficult fitting the motherboard but once again it did fit
with a little playing. Naturally it's usually best to install the mobo first and if you do that then you won't have this problem. I had to since I didn't yet have the mobo. So now it was time to power it up.
BEEP. Cool! Worked right off the bat. ![]()

~First Test~
I had this system in use before this review in another case. Actually a similar case. Not moded and not nearly as nice looking but the inside was similar. Before the CPU's max speed was 1133 at 1.85V. After the transplant....CPU SPEED: 1250! WOW talk about a surprise. A very nice surprise. Not only did I get over an extra 100MHZ OC. I also got a COOLER CPU. The system was running at 49C before and now with the OC it was running 47C under full load.
